Reviews and Ratings
I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. The check-in process was frustratingly slow, and the room lacked basic amenities like a rubbish bin and a properly fixed shower door. While the room itself was new and spacious, the overall service was lacking, especially when it came to simple requests like extra towels. I won’t be returning.
My experience at the hotel was a mix of comfort and frustration. The room was spacious and had a fantastic jacuzzi, which was definitely a highlight. However, the service left a lot to be desired, with various issues like lack of blankets and rude staff when I tried to have a visitor. Despite being in a convenient area with dining options nearby, the strange policies and poor customer care would make me think twice about returning.
The hotel has a great location near old Melaka town, but unfortunately, it falls short in many areas. I encountered a room with a terrible smell, and the staff didn't seem to care much about resolving our issues. Moving to a cleaner room took too long, and I was really disappointed with the overall condition. I'll definitely be looking for other options next time.
